At Evergreen Memory Care, there are plenty of activities & events for our residents.

Our community is located near beautiful Eugene, Oregon. We are close to shopping, parks, and other areas of interest you will love. We also strongly encourage family members to be involved by attending special events, outings, or by participating in our daily activities.

After touring about 6 different memory care facilities in the area, we decided that Evergreen was the right place for our dad. We have felt so supported from the moment we walked in and met with Chante. The speed and compassion with which she responded to our unique situation has been a comfort through one of the most difficult chapters of my adult life. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the process of getting Dad settled. The staff at Evergreen has continued to be available and responsive to our family and we know that Dad is being cared for with specific attention to his needs and personality. If you’re starting down this road, I highly recommend checking out Evergreen!

We recently moved Mom into Evergreen Memory care from assisted living, an emotional transition for our family. During our tour Evergreen was very accommodating for information regarding pricing, onsite services, medical access, room availability , and onsite staffing. Chante Griffith our Evergreen contact, was very professional and supportive during this process. All staff we have met have been very friendly, thoughtful, and informative. I highly recommend Evergreen Memory Care. Our brother lived there for two years. The floor staff, med-techs, and activities director gave consistent care and personal attention to his needs. They took time to talk and relate to him, and understand who he was. Administrators worked with the family to create a living environment that our brother could cope with. They patiently helped us understand how to navigate the new world of dementia for a loved one. It takes time to trust that a care facility will do the best thing for your family member. Evergreen is worthy of that level of trust.

Amazing care staff ! My dad lived at Evergreen Memory for 2-1/2 years. He was treated with nothing but total respect and care. The staff, 24/7, is simply amazing. I've visited at all times of the day and night, and I have the same comments. And the facility is wonderfully clean, new & has a warm atmosphere. The activities director is wonderful & got my dad to join in things he would never have done on his own. Bingo, music, exercise ? I give EMC, out of a 5 star rating, I give them a big 10 ! They are true professionals. Highly recommend. Can't say enough good !
